Breakfast is Served!

Awaken to the smells of home-baked muffins and freshly ground coffee.  Each dish is freshly prepared using all-natural and many organic ingredients.  (Don't let the "organic" part scare you.  You won't find any tofu or seaweed here - just delicious healthy REAL food.) We are committed to purchasing locally so you will get a taste of Keene Valley's farms and maple sugar producers as well as fresh herbs from our garden.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, guests enjoy a Full Breakfast which might include Fruit/Yogurt Parfaits,  Apple Pecan Pancakes, Maple Glazed Sausage,  Tomato-Basil Quiche and homemade Cinnamon-Raisin Bread.   (Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available upon request.)

Monday through Friday, begin your day with our deluxe Continental Breakfast and coffee served from 8:00-9:30 a.m.
